Joe Dodd, age 53, of Winneconne, died Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Aurora St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born November 11, 1961, in Oshkosh to George and Carol (Stallman) Dodd. Joe was a 1980 graduate of Winneconne High School. On September 28, 1985, he married Debbie Krueger in Oshkosh. For many years Joe farmed with his father on the family dairy farm, and for 10 years he had worked for Radtke Construction. Joe enjoyed tractor pulling, snowmobiling, and spending time with family and friends. He was a member of the Waukau Driftskippers Snowmobile Club.
Joe is survived by his three sons, Jake Dodd, Jack and Betsy (Schrader) Dodd, and Nick Dodd; his father, George Dodd; his mother, Carol Dodd (Ray Bolander); sisters and brothers, Julie Dodd (Mark Ceelen), Steve (Debbie) Dodd, Susan Dodd, Gary Dodd (Amy Lucas), Barbara (Brian) Hallman; a granddaughter, Allie; sister-in-law, Lisa Hernandez; brothers-in-law, Miles Krueger, Mike Krueger; nieces, nephews, his "adopted" kids, other relatives, and friends.
Preceding Joe in death was his wife Deborah on April 22, 2008.
A visitation for family and friends will be on Sunday, August 16, 2015, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne, and will continue on Monday, August 17 from 10:00 a.m. until noon at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held on Monday at noon at the funeral home with Pastor Randy King officiating. Burial will follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh.
