Linda L. Benedict, age 69, of Butte des Morts, died Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born February 6, 1946, in Chippewa Falls to Alfred and Dorothy (Roycraft) Lowe. On May 19, 1978, Linda married Ray Benedict. She was a huge Brewer, Packer, and NASCAR fan. Linda enjoyed cooking, baking, doing crafts, especially ceramics, golfing, and trips to the casino, but she truly loved spending time with her family.
Linda is survived by her husband, Ray Benedict; children, Richard (Anna) Kurtz, Kelly Kurtz Deppe, Jeff (Katherine) Benedict; her mother, Dorothy Henneman; thirty-five grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Lenny (Lana) Lowe; and nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Preceding Linda in death was a daughter, Carol Kurtz; and her father, Alfred Lowe.
A visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne, and will continue on Thursday, October 15 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. A service of comfort will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lake View Memorial Park, Oshkosh.

Sad to hear of the passing of your mom, Rick. Came as quite the shock to us, being we had just seen you. Had no idea this was going on for you too. Feel the comfort of all around you and know you are not alone. She was far too young also , but let it be a comfort knowing the suffering is gone now. Save the precious memories.
