Words cannot express how sorry we are to hear of Gretchen's battle with cancer and her passing. We always remember meeting Gretchen for the first time when your wonderful family moved in close to us in Emerald Valley subdivision. She stopped by to ask us about our lawn. From that day we loved seeing her smile and enjoyed watching the kids grow up. Our thoughts and prayers are with Travis, Bryce, Callie and Evie.

Gretchen was a true example of a good person. She was a strong leader at work and had more respect than anyone I have ever encountered in 35 years in the industry. She will be missed and never replaced.

I had the great pleasure of being one of Gretchen's ABF customers. Always, always, she answered the phone as if I was her favorite customer. I will truly miss being able to call or email and always getting her cheerful responses. She will be greatly missed in the shipping department at Oshkosh Door Co. Thoughts and prayers to everyone in the Burns family.
