Donald "Fuzzy" E. Strohecker, Jr.
Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Donald "Fuzzy" E. Strohecker, Jr., age 53, of Oshkosh, died Thursday, July 29, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born August 25, 1956, in Oshkosh to Donald, Sr. and Beatrice (Jones) Strohecker. For the past 13 years, Don has worked for Allied Barton Securities in Oshkosh. He had a love for eagles, fishing, and was a member of the online Eagles Cribbage Club. Fuzzy enjoyed spending time with family and friends at cookouts and bonfires.
Donald is survived by his three children, Penny Schoenberg, Christopher Schoenberg, and Dustin Lewis; his father, Donald Strohecker, Sr.; one sister, Sharon (Mike) Hammes; nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Eric) Kallas, Jill Anne (Mike) Borst, Ryan (Justyne) Eaton, Justin Eaton, Eric (Molly) Eaton, Kyle Hammes; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Don was preceded in death by his mother, Beatrice Strohecker; one sister, Marsha Scolley; and two nephews, Dennis Kallas, Jr., and Jason Kallas.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 6, 2010, at 4:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, with Chaplain Phil Dewitt officiating. A Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.

Don, being from over the pond in London UK, I always enjoyed our early morning successes playing crib in online 'Team Eagles' over the last few years. You were a good and highly respected player and always, win or lose, you were always a 'true gent'. You will be sorely missed. My prayers go out to all the family at this sad time. Ros

I played cribbage with Don for several years and truly admired the man, he was always a gentleman and showed respect for the women of the league, you are missed my friend.

I will miss a great friend he was the one who could make me laugh and vice versa but i am sad that he will no longer be with us but i know that if he were he would be cracking a joke or something. SO LONG TO A GOOD GOOD FRIEND

Don you will be missed by all on Team Eagle's Crib League...you were respected and known to all on our league and the most used word by all on league was the Don was a true " gentleman" this has always been Don in the almost 10 years ive known him ...Our leagues prayers are with Don and his family....
