Caroline A. Trittin

Caroline A. Trittin, age 80, formerly of Omro, died peacefully on Friday, December 31, 2010, at Juliette Manor in Berlin, after a long courageous battle with Huntington's chorea. She was born January 22, 1930, in the Town of Loyal, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Otto and Margaret (Davel) Fiegel. On June 26, 1947, Caroline married Oscar "Bud" Trittin. Caroline enjoyed many years of bowling with the "girls", she loved to sew, but more than anything, she was devoted to her family. Her grandchildren meant a great deal to her and loved making their visits with her very special. Caroline was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Omro.
Caroline is survived by one son, Bud Trittin, of Winneconne; one daughter, Kathy (John) Aron, of Nekoosa; one brother, Robert (Shirley) Fiegel, of Oshkosh; one sister, Betty (Don) Schuster, of Omro; seven grandchildren, Brian (Melinda) Bonnett, of Terre Haute, Indiana; Michael (Jackie) Aron, of Wisconsin Rapids; Keith (Lisa) Aron, of Plover; Gregory (Molly) Aron, of Appleton; Eric Krings, of Oshkosh; Cole Trittin, of Winneconne; Jamie Trittin, stationed in Hawaii; eleven great-grandchildren, Nathan, Emma, and Samuel Bonnett; Dekotah and Dalton Aron; Tyler, Kiersten, and Alexander Aron; Dade Krings; Alexis and Charles Aron; many special nieces and nephews; and a very devoted lifelong friend, Marilyn Tritt.
Along with her parents, Caroline was also preceded in death by her husband, and one son, Douglas.
A Funeral Service for Caroline will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at Mueller Funeral Home, Winneconne, with Sr. Pam Biehl officiating. Burial will be in the Wautoma Union Cemetery in Wautoma. A Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, January 5 at the funeral home from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and will continue on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
Caroline's family would like to thank the staff of Juliette Manor for all of the loving care they gave to her. They feel truly blessed to have found such a special place.
