I worked with Joe for many years when he owned and operated Chief Environmental services. Joe was always a pleasure to work with as he treated everbody with dignity and respect. Joe was a tireless worker and always used good business sense and a high level of integrity. Joe will be missed by his many friends and family members. God bless Joe, you are in a better place now.

For Joe's family, I wish to extend deepest sympathy for your loss. My whole heart and my prayers go out for you. Joe was one of the kindest souls that I've ever have been blessed by God to know. He carried a smile like nobody's business. His heart was always in everything he did. His friendship, for many, was 2nd to none. If you knew Joe, then you knew love. He will be immensely missed.

Andrea, I know we only spoke on the phone a few times, but hopefully you remember me. Over these last 8 years working with Joe, and becoming friends with Joe, was a pleasure. I’m so sorry for your loss. Although we both know Joe lead a hard life and it had its ups and downs, I feel blessed to have known him. I hope we may stay touch with one another. Look back at the fond memories with love, as he loved you very much. You were his world and he spoke of you frequently with the love only a father can have for a daughter. I wish you the best for your future. Take care of you, Wendy
