A kinder, more thoughtful man would be hard to find. Vic stretched out a hand of friendship to many. I was just one who was blessed to have known him! He was quite a guy, who has seen so much in his long life and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with those who would listen. I am glad to be considered a friend, to have spent time with Vic and his wife, Elaine.
