To Julie and family, I met Mark when we were kids - my parents were good friends with Lloyd and Marian. (My parents were Wayne and June Grunewald)..I have no idea if Mark would have even remembered me/us because we lost contact when my family left Oshkosh. But I have a treasured memory of Mark and the family graciously welcoming our whole family of 2 parents and 6 kids for a terrific weekend of winter play in the deep snow by their home in Tomahawk. We all had a blast. I remember that even as a boy of about 11 at the time of that visit, Mark was just so NICE up one side and down the other. From the comments I see here I can tell that was Mark's way all through his life. I am so glad he spent his years with people who held him dear. You have my sympathy for the incredible loss you must be feeling, and I pray that our God will heal your aching hearts and help you carry on with His perfect peace that passes all understanding. God bless you on your journey forward.
