Jerome "Jerry" A. Bielak, age 65, of Winneconne, died Sunday, December 18, 2011, at home. He was born September 7, 1946, in Chicago to the late Edward, Sr. and Ann (Haiduk) and Bielak. Jerry grew up in Chicago and he and his family moved to Winneconne while he was in high school. Jerry was a 1964 graduate of Winneconne High School. He loved the Chicago Bears and Cubs. Jerry was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Winneconne
Jerry is survived by his daughter, Jill Bielak; one brother, Edward, Jr. (Nancy) Bielak; and two nephews, Ed (Amy) Bielak, and Christopher Bielak.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 210 Pleasant Dr., Winneconne, with Sr. Pam Biehl officiating. Cremation will follow. A Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday at the church from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
