Ruth lived just down the hall from my husband and me in our condo building and her solid character was always a comfort. Her impressive career as a nurse was admired by all. Not one to sit back after retirement, she took on the responsible task of treasurer for the condo association. We were in good hands. But she wasn't all business. She had a twinkle in her eye and a girlish twirl to her ponytail, not mention a kind word for all. We will all miss her very much.
