my deepest sympathies to all of Maxine's families. I received a Christmas card in 2011...I knew I should have made the time to go visit, but never did. I remember the time my mother (Helen) and I visited at her house in Larson....the sundial in the backyard and she was so proud of her new sewing machine. When I go see my Uncle Sven's grave (which you have been putting flowers on his grave), I will cross the road to see her and your Dad.

I shall be sending a card to Maxine's mailing address, but just wanted to give my sympathies to all, for now. I will always remember her.

Although I am unable to be with everyone to celebrate Grandma's long and wonderful life, you are all certainly in my thoughts. My fondest memory is that of Grandma getting us ready for deer hunting. A loving, amazing, and strong woman with a grand family!!! Love, Mike
