Carroll, Please accept this note of sympathy to you and your family from the Randy Fransen family in Decatur, IL. Based on her obituary, your mother appeared to be a very busy and community minded lady. Based upon how her son treats other people, I would say that she will be missed as a very dear mother. Our prayers are with you and your entire family. Randal S. Fransen, AFM

Dear Family, Although I have never met your loved one, I know what kind of lady she must have been, because of the her son, Carroll, that I have had the pleasure to meet and work with on several occassions. I truly want you to know that you have my sincerest sympathy. You will be in my prayers over the days to come. May God Bless you all.
