There comes a time in your life where the most amazing person you've met walks in and says, “Hey,” and you just know that's the one. For me that was 13 years ago. Then as time progresses you realize you were wrong and that amazing just doesn't cut it because they are so much more than that. Over the years we had grown so much together, making memories along the way. We made plans, had goals, and were chasing dreams. The time we shared together I realized how caring, selfless, compassionate, loving, understanding, forgiving and how quickly her presence would light up a room. Some of the things that became more apparent over time were her strength, drive, determination and her will to fight. She had a personality that has touched and left a lasting impression on so many.

She found her greatest joy in being a mother to our 3 amazing children. She loved every minute of it, even when she was about ready to pull her hair out. She was my best friend, my soulmate, the love of my life, the mother of our children, my rock, the one person I could share everything with. I loved her more than life itself. She was my wife, Taylor Jean Danke.

On December 10th at 11:08 a.m., this incredible woman grew her angel wings. I pray that you find peace and are able to rest easy. You will forever be a part of the kids and I, as well as your family and friends. The amount of hurt and pain we are feeling is seemingly impossible to overcome. Gone too soon but never to be forgotten. This is not a goodbye, as one day I pray to be reunited with you so I'll see you when I get there.

Taylor is survived by her husband, Jared Danke; and their children, Rhylee, Beau, and Baylie; parents, Dave and Tami Hunt, Gregg and Angela Danke; siblings, Caleb and Lauren Hunt, Erin Hunt (Isaac Smith), and Connor Danke; niece and nephews, Aleah, Landon, and Benson Hunt; grandparents, Bob Olkiewicz, Barb Blick, Larry and Audrey Hunt, Harold and Audrey Cushman, Sherwyn and Jeanne Danke; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; special friends, Sandy Van Asten and Courtney Wright.

Taylor was preceded in death by Collin Cushman, as well as numerous great-grandparents, great-uncles, great-aunts, and cousins.

A heartfelt thank you to the ICU doctors and nurses at Ascension Northeast Wisconsin - Mercy Campus.

In lieu of flowers, college funds will be established for their three children, Rhylee, Beau, and Baylie.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, December 18, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Kevin Cushman officiating. Burial will follow in the Rushford Cemetery.

If you wish please submit online condolences to muellerfh.net.
