Still remember the great time Bob and I had after one of our uncles funerals at Tommys Bar in Oshkosh and wonderful time my wife Patty and I had visiting Bob & Lu at their home. Wish had seen more of him in later years!

Okay so I just re-read the obituary to my husband and remembered that I do know Bob! We worked at Oshkosh Truck together more than 40 years ago. He was a hoot!

Bob I never met you but I know I would have loved you. Anyone who cried when Obama was re-elected is my friend indeed and we could have shared a box of Kleenex together. I can tell you were an honorable man who loved his country and his family and for sure your lips went to the grave ass free.

I am Kirby (Jon) Treleven's sister. My husband Jake and my son Jace and I had the pleasure of meeting Bob a few times at his home and once at the Omro Care Center. Bob and my son Jace (4) are "zipper buddies" as Bob called them. He was a great, funny, generous man and he will be greatly missed. My son Jace enjoyed visiting him and Bob always had funny stories and jokes to tell us. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
