Where Caring Is A Family Tradition
Mary Jo Schneider, age 75, of Winneconne, died Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Park View Health Center in Oshkosh.
She was born February 24, 1940, in Oshkosh, to the late George and Sarah (Becker) Schneider. Mary Jo was a 1958 graduate of Winneconne High School. For many years she was employed by Winneconne schools until her retirement. Mary Jo was an active member of the Winneconne American Legion Auxiliary and the Winneconne Historical Society.
Mary Jo is survived by two sisters, Ruth Mott, of Oak Park, Illinois; Sarah (Dick) Unser, of Orlando, Florida; nephews and nieces, Rick Unser, Tammi Unser, Bob (Rose) Unser, and Terri Unser; great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, July 30, 2105, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Doug LeCaptain officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Winneconne Cemetery.

Mary Jo, I know it has been years since we have last seen one other but always know that you were in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember the summers when I would come up to Wisconsin and see you. I would always play your old Nintendo system and listen to Cubs game with you. I am deeply sorry that I have not seen you in over ten years. I always wanted to call you and yet I never did. I meant to call
On your last birthday but I was tied up at work. I love you with all my heart and I will always miss you. Rest in peace Mary Jo.
