I'm greatly saddened at the loss of a friend and someone I knew as a significant contributor to the success of the staffing industry. Elaine was a kind and good person who will be missed by all who knew her. My sympathy goes out to her family and all those who will miss her including me.

Learned with great sadness today of Elaines passing. Have known Elaine since 1989 and she truly had a tremendous impact on my professional life. Elaine was a true believer that if we worked together we would see more rewards than if we worked separately. She was such a positive person. She would always talk with you when you called in and be able to talk about almost anything. If there was a problem to be solved she would recommend a solution. She will be missed. What a wonderful woman Elaine was. She believed in people and she believed in God. She was a woman who worked hard to make IPA strong and those of us in IPA as strong and successful as we could be.
