Dad
A humble man, with a big heart
That gave his kids, a helpful start.
He worked hard, all his life
Providing a home, for his kids and his wife.

A helpful hand, was always there
Doing what he could, to show he cared.
A humble man, with a big heart
How could you not love him, from the start?

Go on before us, if you must
We'll be along soon, in your dust.
For life's a journey, that in the end
We'll all be together, around the bend.
John Christofferson
