Deborah E. Oskar, 63, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 26, 2016, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Debbie was born on September 20, 1952, in Neenah to her parents, David and Jeanette (Davis) Earl.
Debbie spent most of her career as a banker in Larsen and Oshkosh. She also worked for American Family Insurance in Winneconne. Throughout the years she enjoyed traveling with her daughter to visit her son in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. Debbie loved spending time with her grandchildren doing crafts, baking, crocheting, and attending sporting events.
Debbie is survived by her father, David Earl; husband, Daniel Oskar; two children and their families, Derek (Stephanie) Oskar and their children Zach, Thomas, and Raylan; Danielle Oskar and her children, Jack and Aiden. She is further survived by her siblings, Jerry (Paula) Earl, David (Carla) Earl, Terry (Gene) Putnam, Tracy (Tatyana) Earl, Tony (Paul) Earl, and many nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Earl.
A visitation will be held on Saturday March 26, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. until Noon at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. Immediately following the visitation a luncheon will be held at the Fin 'n Feather in Winneconne.
Per Debbie's wishes, in lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the National Kidney Foundation in Debbie's name.
