Where Caring Is A Family Tradition
Glendone “Glen” Zeinert, 81, of Winchester, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 5, 2022. She was born April 17, 1941, to the late Fred and Mae (Dorow) Boegh. She was a 1959 graduate of Neenah High School. On February 11, 1961, Glen married Lee Zeinert at Grace Lutheran Church in Neenah.
Glen was a proud grandmother who spoke highly of her grandchildren. She put great effort into baking them personal birthday treats and making their Christmas special. She enjoyed decorating the home for the different holidays and seasons, always remembering to display the items her grandchildren created. Her caring and giving nature continued with the home cooked meals she would provide to family, neighbors, and those in need. In addition, her crocheting resulted in many hats for local charities. The past week’s weather had her looking forward to planting her flowerpots.
Glen is survived by her husband of 61 years, Lee Zeinert; two daughters and their families: Tracy Jacobson, and her son, Andrew; Darcy (Dave) Reetz, and their children, Collin, Evan, Lawson, Joelle, Delaney, Clara, and Jesse. She is further survived by a sister, Judy Schwandt; an aunt, Janice Breaker; uncle, Lyle Dorow; her dog, Peanut; and many other relatives and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at the Clayton Cemetery. Mueller Funeral Home-Winneconne is assisting the family.

So sorry to hear of Glen's passing. The neighborhood will not be the same without her! We will miss seeing and visiting with her. We were blessed to have lived next to Glen and Leroy as kids/teenagers! Glen always watched out for us kids and put up with the loud four wheelers and playing basketball late. As my parents grew sick we were the recipient of her baked goods and delicious meals for our families! She will be truly missed! We will be praying for your family during this difficult time.

Condolences to Lee and family. I loved Glendone's wit, love for Jesus and family. I always looked forward to tricking her into a hug and her frank straight forward conversations. We had a special bond in the fact we shared the same birthdate. I will miss you Glen. May Jesus' peace be upon and around you Lee and family.??
