Robert “Bob” F. Reed, formerly of Winneconne died on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Bob was the son of Marion and Leatus Reed and was born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin on July 6, 1934. He graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School and the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with degrees in Mathematics and Music Education. In 1956 he married Luella Cram and the couple moved to Winneconne where they both taught in the school system there. Bob retired in 1991 after a 35-year career. He also served his country in the National Guard in the early 1960’s. Bob loved Winneconne and was particularly proud of the school system. He was a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church of Winneconne, serving as an Elder and Choir Director for many years. Bob loved math games and finished numerous Sodoku puzzles every day until his death.

Bob is survived by his son, Jeffrey (Jeanne) of Alexandria, Minnesota; grandchildren, Sarah (Joel) Patterson, Anthony, and William; and great-grandchildren, Amelia and Finn.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Luella; daughter, Barbara; and sister, Janet Mase.

As per Bob’s wishes there will be no memorial service.

I remember Mr.Reed from.the time my family lived in Winneconne 1969 to 1971 ,he was an excellent and caring teacher and a good friend to.my parents.I'm sure he'll be missed by the Winneconne community.
