Julie Marie Kulick, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully in her home on October 5, 2023, in Winneconne, Wisconsin. Born on September 29, 1970, Julie was the daughter of Ted and Janice Fox.

Julie was a loving wife to her husband, Christopher, for over 30 years. She was a devoted mother to their two children, Nicholas and Jessica. Julie was a proud grandmother to her grandson, Lincoln, and was always eager to share stories of his accomplishments.

Julie was an avid gardener, scrapbooker, and card player. She recently spent her days with her puppy Riley, who spent her final moments with her. We are so grateful for all the memories of family vacations, baseball games, reading books, making cookies and swimming in the lake.

Julie is survived by her husband, Christopher; her children, Nicholas Kulick, and Jessica (Joshua Boucher) Kulick; and her grandson, Lincoln Boucher. She is further survived by her parents, Ted and Janice Fox; her brother, Ted Fox Jr. (Sarah); niece, Laney Fox; brother-in-law, Michael Kulick (Andrea); niece, Emma Kulick; nephews, Charlie and Sam Kulick; and her mother-in-law, Barbara Kulick. Julie will also be missed by many extended family members and a surplus of friends.

Julie was preceded in death by her grandparents and father-in-law.

In the words of Lincoln at the end of every phone call: “Peace out, Grammy”. We will miss you dearly, more than we can put into words. We love you, rest peacefully.

A visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Mueller Funeral Home 904 E. Main St. Winneconne. There will be no service held. If you wish please submit online condolences to muellerfh.net.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. I always loved Julie. My memory has been flooded with thoughts of our shenanigans… from meeting and waiting tables at Breezewood Family Restaurant- to roaming the countryside looking for boys - to hanging out at SkyClub East and The Firelight ( we gratefully welcomed Chris into our lives)… we played a lot of darts and danced on a few bar tops… Then came marriage for us both and the birth of my daughter Brittany and Chris and Julie’s Jessica. Jessica do you remember your Barney the dinosaur birthday party? Your mom really knew how to throw a party! Julie and I had a little bit of a contest as to who could pregnant next - soon along came Nicholas and Christopher… children playing in the living room (plenty of toys at the house on Railroad Street)… Julie and I played a lot of cribbage…Oh, the good old days! I was devastated when life circumstances separated us. My thoughts and prayers are truly with you all. Watch out Heaven Julie has arrived. As Julie’s precious grandson, Lincoln, would say “peace out” and Julie thank-you for being a huge part of my life. Love always - Darcie
