Donald F. Harness, 88, of Neenah, passed away at home on Thursday, November 30, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on December 24, 1934, son of the late Everett and Katherine Imogene Harness.
Don proudly served in the United States Army and was stationed in Okinawa, Japan. After his service to his country, Don took over the family farm.
Don was united in marriage to Mary Ann Mathison and they had three children, Julie, Mark, and Katherine.
Don is survived by his son, Mark (Lori) Harness; daughter, Katie (Keith) Salm; ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and special friend, Faye Hoffman.
In addition to his parents, Don was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary; a daughter, Julie; and two brothers, James and Arthur Harness.
Per his wishes, there will be no service held and a private family burial will take place at the Brooks Cemetery, Town of Vinland.
