Janis L. Breaker, 95, formerly of Larsen, died Saturday, January 27, 2024.
She was born January 2, 1929, to the late Herbert and Helen (Retzlaff) Dorow.
Janis is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Lyle and Joanne Dorow; and nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Janis was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, in 2001; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Edith Breaker; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Mae and Leo Huberty, Elda and Robert Skalmoski; and a brother, Leslie Dorow.
A graveside service and interment will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Clayton Cemetery, 7890 Cty Rd T Larsen, with Pastor Tyler Shinnick officiating.

Our most special memory was visiting Janis in Larsen. She and Ralph had an incredible garden, and she happily gave me her largest head of cabbage with her "refrigerator cole slaw" recipe. We still have that recipe and the darling memory of having them over to celebrate their anniversary. Janis' favorite memory of Ralph was when he picked her wild flowers on his way home from work. Rest in peace, Aunt Janis!
