It’s been many years since I saw you Carpenters, but I still have bits of memories over all the years of encounters and one thing I remember of Kurt is his warm smile and comedic nature. Spirited guy! I’m so sorry to all of you who will be missing this light in your life. My hope is that his spark will always live on within each of you.

I would bet you and Larry are talking cars and Larry is giving you a tour of all the hotrods. I am glad you are now pain free. It was a privilege to get to know you over the years. Don’t worry, I will try to keep a Wisconsin eye on Reenie for you but you know we are sometimes bad influences on each other! ?? Love ya! LeAnn

I worked for WI Tissue Mills and wrapped for Kurt on #62 for quite a few years. I had a red firebird that I used to store in one of your sheds for 6 months a year. Kurt took good care of it for me. When you work with someone every day for 8 hours a day you get to know someone really well. He was a really good listener when I came to work with something on my mind. So kind and caring. One of the nicest person I have ever met. My life is better for knowing him. My prayers go out to his family and friends.
