Since Windy grew up in Van Dyne, it was a special place in his heart. He always came up and thanked me for sending him a flyer for Van Dyne Small Town Days and he came and visited with people and stayed the majority of the day. Always glad to see him. Our sympathy to Bev and all of his family.

He was my big brother, my protector, and at times, my partner in crime. I have many fond memories. My brother loved people. I hope he has a bike in heaven so he can enjoy one of his favorite things. I will picture him riding around and stopping to chat with whomever he sees. He would also help anyone who needed it whether he knew them or not. You were there for me when I was born. I was at your side when you passed. I love you and will miss you
